A rare opportunity to join our fantastic global team.

Full-time | Permanent | Home Based

Commission is uncapped and increases in return after you exceed your target.

Reciprocal is a highly motivated organising attracting customers from all over the world with our unrivalled, expert-level skillsets and unique services, with engineers based both in the UK and India.

We are looking to recruit two New Business Sales Executives who will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new opportunities with the ability, eagerness and motivation to find new named accounts.  Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on all of Reciprocals’ services without restrictions. This role is for individuals who are keen to take charge and drive their own destiny and success. Candidates must have the initiative, drive and capability to generate new business and develop long standing strategic partnerships, adding to the already exceptional clients we provide services to.

Day to Day

 

  • Build your pipeline and find and convert new business into sales
  • Develop those accounts for long term business and partnerships
  • Communicate sales forecasting accurately and on time
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and advice, – Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals,
  • Be knowledgeable about Reciprocal Group services with the ability to understand customers requirements from a business and solution perspective.
  • Building sales messages and tailoring packages relevant to each vertical market. – Working with other team members, regionally and globally, to share knowledge, motivate success and support the sales process.

 

About you (Essential)

 

  • Good understanding of IT, Data, Data Management and how data is used in businesses today
  • Strong account management to uncover new opportunities
  • The ‘go get’ and ‘hungry to earn’ enthusiasm, passion, and the determination to succeed.
  • Experience working to deadlines and achieving and exceeding sales targets-
  • Have excellent verbal skills and able to articulate with written and interpersonal skills and networking
  • Be a self-confident, motivated enthusiastic, persuasive and a natural influencer
